SUMMARY:General Meeting 2020
DESCRIPTION:Annual General Meeting (AGM) \nWe hope you are all doing well and are staying healthy. \nThe AGM meeting normally held in May had been delayed due to Covid-19\, but is now scheduled for Sunday September 27\, 2020 at 2:00 pm. This meeting allows members to discuss any topics related to the organization and the committee general election will be held on this date. A letter announcing this meeting has been mailed out to all current members. \nThe hall is large enough so that we can keep our distance and stay safe. We know that some people may not feel comfortable attending. Please RSVP with the contact info found in the letter mailed to you so that we know what number of attendees to expect as we have to limit the number of people to comply with current laws. New members can RSVP by email at info@sgsca.org \nWe will be serving lunch as well. No buffet this time though.  We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. \nMembership Fees: $35 per individual\, $50 per family.  Cash or cheque payment (made out to Simon Gregorcic S.C.A.) will be collected. \nThank you for your continued support\, involvement and participation.  Your involvement is very important and every member is a valuable part of the Simon Gregorcic S.C.A. community.  We truly appreciate your ongoing support.
