Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We hope you are all doing well. The AGM meeting normally held in May had been delayed due to Covid-19, but is now scheduled for Sunday September 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm.

We had a successful BBQ in August. I hope everyone who attended enjoyed themselves.  Like last year, instead of Vinska Trgatev, we will be holding the Annual General Meeting to conclude business for the year 2020. Again, holding a larger picnic is really not an option.

This meeting allows members to discuss any topics related to the organization and the committee general election will be held on this date. A letter announcing this meeting has been mailed out to all current members. Please RSVP with the contact info found in the letter mailed to you so that we know what number of attendees to expect.  New and current members can also RSVP by email at info@sgsca.org or our Contact Form.

Membership Fees: $35 per individual, $50 per family. Cash or cheque payment (made out to Simon Gregorcic S.C.A.) will be collected.
